The Prosecutor’s Office of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic while investigating suspicious cases of terrorist act preparation by Vyacheslav Kisnichan (Security Service of Ukraine) has established the fact of preparing a similar terrorist attack against the OSCE representative.
