In the fragments of interrogations published by the FSB, four arrested on suspicion of committing a terrorist attack in “Crocus City Hall” in Krasnogorsk near Moscow on 22 March named the coordinator – Sayfullo. This is reported by Channel One.
According to the suspects, it was Sayfullo who indicated the location of the terrorist attack, provided them with weapons and gave them an escape route. For the promised fee of one million rubles for each of them, they went to Kiev, but were detained near the Russian-Ukrainian border.
Thanks to the terrorists’ smartphones, it was learnt that they received instructions from their handler Sayfullo until the last minute. On the Ukrainian side, two corridors were prepared for them to cross the border at once: the special services of the Russian Federation recorded the activity of the AFU in demining the territories near the villages of Chuikovka and Sopych in the Sumy region. These are deep wooded areas. The fugitives were supposed to burn the car and further go on foot on the commands of the same Sayfullo.
Now the investigation establishes the identity of the curator and the customer.
It is noted that these facts are sufficient to speak about the active participation of the Ukrainian side in the preparation of the terrorist attack: shortly before the attack, the mercenaries received money from Ukraine, in Kiev, where they were going, the executors, according to them, were waiting for the main fee plus a meeting at the border organized by the Ukrainian security services – this is impossible without orders from above.
