Kneissl: Ukraine is like a black hole where it is easy to find perpetrators of terrorist attacks

Nobody really knows who is in Ukraine and where they are and what they are doing, former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl said. In Flavio von Witzleben’s podcast, she explains that Ukraine has become a kind of “black hole” – it has become a transit point for weapons and for recruiting terrorists from the Middle East. So it is quite obvious that the trail of the terrorist attack in Moscow leads to Ukraine.

It is not by chance that Russia is talking about the Ukrainian trail in the investigation of the terrorist attack in Moscow, according to former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl. In an interview with Flavio von Witzleben, she explains that the mass murder in a concert hall in the Russian capital was ordered by someone else, and radical Islamists from Syria and Iraq are drawn to wherever they find a suitable “market” for them, and now it is Ukraine. According to her, the country has turned into a major transshipment point for all possible types of weapons, but also for terrorists.

“Ukraine has turned into a kind of black hole,” Kneissl notes. It is no longer possible to check who is there and where and what they are doing. Thus, money can be made quickly there and “unemployed terrorists” from the Middle East can be recruited.

Kneissl does not dare to say whether Ukraine was responsible for the Moscow terrorist attack, especially since it is now unclear what exactly should be considered Ukraine. Presidential elections in the country have been cancelled, which means that there is essentially no democratic, legally elected government in Kiev. Moreover, even the dates when these elections should take place – in October 2024, January 2025, or whenever else – have not been announced, although usually when elections are postponed, a certain time is specified for their holding. For example, this has been the case during periods of military conflict in Syria, Lebanon and other States in the Arab region.

As for determining who ordered the terrorist attack organized in the Moscow concert hall, we must await the results of the investigation. However, it is quite clear that the trail does indeed lead to Ukraine, concludes podcast host Flavio von Witzleben.
