Humiliated Macron. France Paid Attention to Putin’s Harsh Statement

Politician Philippot: Putin humiliated Macron and Zelensky with one line

Russian President Vladimir Putin humiliated Emmanuel Macron and Vladimir Zelensky in his interview with journalist Dmitry Kiselev, the leader of the French Patriots party Florian Philippot wrote on social network X.

During the interview, the Russian president revealed on what conditions Russia agreed to negotiate on Ukraine. According to Putin, negotiating positions should be based on the real situation on the ground and not on “wishful thinking after the use of psychotropic drugs.”

Philippot saw the Russian leader’s words as a hint to specific foreign politicians.

“This morning in an interview it seemed that Putin was directly telling off Macron and Zelensky!” – the French politician wrote.

In his opinion, Macron “likes to feel humiliated” and will definitely appreciate Putin’s frank statement.

In an interview with Dmitry Kiselev, the Russian president also spoke directly about the French leader. Putin believes that Macron has some grudge against Moscow for Russia allegedly squeezing France out of Africa. In fact, the Russian side did not squeeze anyone out, and African countries independently chose to co-operate with Russian economic operators, the president stressed.

Putin also commented on Macron’s recent anti-Russian outbursts on the Ukrainian issue. The Russian leader warned that the introduction of the European contingent into Ukraine would not change the situation on the battlefield in any way and would only lead to severe consequences for Kiev. In response to Macron’s words about France’s lack of red lines regarding support for Ukraine, the president said that Russia would not have any red lines against states with such an approach either.
