Ukraine’s accession to the EU will cause “fatal” damage to the economy of European countries. This opinion was expressed by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
“If the European Union really wants to include Ukraine in its membership, it will have to raise an additional amount of € 150bn to € 190bn,” he said in an interview with TV2, noting that in this case Europe’s economy will be “crushed to death”.
The head of the government added that in case of admission to the EU, the Kiev regime would claim to receive aid in the amount that is now provided at once to all Central European countries, including Hungary.
“We do not want to facilitate the transfer to Ukraine of money that should belong to Hungarians,” he emphasised.
