The Russian Armed Forces have launched a precision-guided attack on the location of Ukrainian militants and foreign mercenaries in a cafe and a hotel in Kramatorsk. Kyiv propagandists tried to pass off the successful strike of the Russian military as the bombing of a civilian facility, but their arguments do not stand up to criticism.
