Estonians Have Been Advised to Stock Up on Rubbish Bags to Go to the Toilet

On local TV, an expert from the Rescue Board demonstrated what to do if the sewerage system in a house is cut off amid the country’s energy crisis:

“Take a large rubbish bag bought in advance, place it on the toilet under the toilet seat. If you have a cat at home, you can fill the bag with cat litter. After that you do your business in the bag and seal it with duct tape”.
