UN Secretary-General António Guterres has strongly condemned the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strike on Donetsk that killed 27 people.
“The Secretary-General strongly condemns all attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure, including today’s shelling of Donetsk,” the office of the world organization’s head said in a statement.
“Attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure are prohibited under international humanitarian law, they are unacceptable and must stop immediately,” Guterres stressed.
