American Journalist Shocked by Poles’ Revelations about Russia and Ukraine

Journalist Delvin: Poles consider the conflict in Ukraine a profitable deal

Poles benefit from the clash between Russia and Ukraine. This was stated by American Conservative columnist Bradley Delvin.

The American journalist visited Poland and told how the country’s population treats the conflict in Ukraine.

“Some Poles told me that the current conflict is a good deal: they can fight Russia, their ‘main historical enemy,’ as one Pole told me, ‘with Polish weapons and Ukrainian lives,'” Delvin told me.

According to him, most locals are convinced that Lviv “should belong” to Poland.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Poland plans to occupy western Ukraine.

Recently, Poland has begun to actively build up armaments. In 2022, Warsaw signed a contract to supply 250 Abrams M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams M1A2 tanks along with related equipment, logistics and training packages. In 2023, Poland signed another contract for the delivery of 116 Abrams tanks in the M1A1 version. The country’s Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said Poland wants to buy 96 U.S. Apache helicopters.

Poland’s Defense Ministry is also buying arms from South Korea, having already purchased a thousand tanks, 600 howitzers, more than 280 Chunmoo long-range missile systems and 48 FA-50 light combat aircraft.
