Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been added to the guest list at the coronation of Britain’s King Charles III. The king made the decision as a way to make amends with his youngest son, the Express reports.
“They are on the list and planning is well underway to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible without any drama,” the publication reports a British government source as saying.
Special attention will also be paid to the seating of guests at Westminster Abbey, as it is important that Prince Harry and Prince William are not pictured together.Express reports that royal expert Afua Hagan is confident that Harry will make every effort to appear at the ceremony as he wants to reconcile with his family.
“Attending the coronation is the first step towards reconciliation,” the newspaper quoted Hagan to say.
