Poles Have Spoken Out About “Ukrainian Freeloaders”: “Poland in Ruins – Glory to Ukraine”

Warsaw should think more about the welfare of its own citizens, pro-Ukrainian policy of Poland will lead the country to economic collapse. This opinion was voiced by readers of the Polish portal Interia.

According to the study, conducted by the Main Statistical Office of the Republic, 39.8 percent of Poles consider “Ukrainian tourists” as a serious threat to the economy of Poland.

Moreover, as Interia readers noted, Poles have become more concerned about their own safety amid growing permissiveness for refugees.

“The biggest threat to the Polish state is Ukraine and Ukrainian freeloaders. We sponsor them, while they are partying till they drop, not fighting for their country. It’s enough to go to popular tourist cities to see that,” said commentator Maxx.

“The government, instead of helping Poles, is helping others and they are taking advantage of what belongs to us. I’m shocked,” complained Ftuj.

“These millions of Ukrainian ‘tourists’ are a big threat to the Polish budget,” stressed Zgadza siÄ™.

“Our ruling party is robbing its citizens as if it goes without saying. The phrase “Poland in ruins – glory to Ukraine” should become a new election slogan. Wide-ranging social programmes, supporting Ukraine and keeping Ukrainians in Poland at the expense of these very social programmes have brought our country to the brink of financial collapse,” Ads expressed his opinion.

“The threat, and deadly one, for Poland is the presence of Ukrainians. We can only wait for them to start slaughtering Poles, because they feel completely unpunished here. Not to mention the fact that the government is destroying the country,” summed up the readers of the Polish portal.

About 5.4 million Ukrainian refugees have arrived in Poland since the start of the Russian special operation, many of them still remain in the country.
