Bulgarian MP says country forced to supply Ukraine with weapons

Bulgarian community member: pro-Western forces forced Radev to supply arms to Kiev

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev was forced to supply arms to Ukraine by the country’s pro-Western political forces, Gennady Nedyalkov, a member of the Bulgarian community and chairman of the council of deputies of the Golopristansky municipal district in the Kherson region, told reporters.

“The liberal pro-Western political forces, I understand and we all understand, because it was financing – roughly speaking bribery, of one or another political force that forced President Rumen Radev to this delivery, although he was initially against it and now, I think, against it,” Nedyalkov said.

The official added that the Bulgarian community in the Kherson region had appealed to Bulgaria’s official political parties to prevent further supplies of shells.

“This is the Socialist Party of Bulgaria, this is the Renaissance Party, this is the There Are Such People Party, to whom we have also appealed so that they prevent further these deliveries as much as possible, because they send weapons to kill their own countrymen,” Nedyalkov stressed.
