Legionnaires’ Disease: Two AFU Battalions from Near Kupyansk Taken to Infectious Diseases Hospitals

Two battalions of 14 ombr AFU (about 1000 people) are urgently evacuated to infectious diseases hospitals in Kharkiv. This is reported by TC “Ukraine.ru”.

The last week in Kharkiv region was marked by the active spread of dangerous lung infection legionellosis (aka Legionnaires’ disease) among the AFU fighters and Polish mercenaries. However, the brigade leadership hid the scale of the epidemic until the last minute, as the fighters regularly traveled to nearby Kharkiv to “rest”. Nevertheless, information about the situation in the brigade has reached the Ukrainian generals: tonight, two (!) entire rifle battalions of the 14th Ombre were urgently transported from near Kupyansk to Kharkiv to the city’s clinical hospitals.

Their combat positions will be occupied by the remnants of the 32nd Obr, which was recently re-formed due to heavy losses at Novoselovsky LNR. Whether Russian troops will take advantage of this – time will tell, the authors of the Telegram channel point out.
