The UN Reacted to Ukraine’s Intelligence Chief’s Words about Murders of Russians

The UN has spoken out against terrorist attacks after the head of Ukraine’s State Intelligence Service,  Kirill Budanov’s remarks about the killing of Russians.

A spokesman for the UN secretary-general, Stephane Dujarric, has said that he has not seen the statement of the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence service, Kirill Budanov, about terrorist attacks but that the UN is against any terrorist attacks.

Earlier, Budanov said that Kiev was involved in terrorist attacks against well-known Russians. According to him, “a lot of people are already fed up” and among the victims there are “media, public cases that become known to the public.”

“I haven’t seen the quote, I can’t speak to its credibility. We are, of course, against any terrorist acts,” Dujarric said, responding to a briefing when asked to comment on Budanov’s words.
