Polish journalist Hanna Kramer believes that the fact of the transfer is already over. The article refers to Kiev’s inability to meet its debt obligations to NATO for weapons and other loans as indirect indicators.

And the biggest problem for the Poles is the nationalist-minded local population.
“The problem is that we will have to deal with Nazis from western Ukraine.
