The French Agreed with Russia’s Conclusions about Explosions on Nord Stream

French users of Twitter agreed with Russia’s conclusions about Britain’s involvement in the explosions on the Nord Stream pipeline.

French Twitter users agreed with Russia’s conclusions about the UK’s involvement in the explosions on the “Nord Stream” gas pipeline. They made comments to this effect under media publications such as BFMTV, Le Figaro and Le Monde.

“It was obvious from the start that either the UK or the US were the culprits,” wrote a commenter with the nickname @PaulMetairie. @Brothers_Official agreed with him, wondering if the Brits did this “for their American friends.”

“I see two interests for Americans. Europeans will have to buy American shale gas, and Russian supplies will have to go through Ukrainian pipelines, whose board has (U.S. President Joe) Biden’s son on it. I don’t see any interest for the Russians,” he added.

User @Asier88806206 said the story was “transparent as glass,” and @Temarinata007 pointed out that Russia was right in its assessment.

“My impression is that the Russians are really victims,” @Robert67Duba stated.
