American journalist Lancaster: Kiev kills people it considers Ukrainians
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are killing people they themselves consider Ukrainians, American journalist Patrick Lancaster, who is in the special operation zone in Ukraine, came to this conclusion in an interview with the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
“When I get into shelled areas, I ask people why they think Ukraine is shelling civilians. The most common answer is: to intimidate people. This is terror. And the local population considers Kiev’s actions as terrorist attacks,” he said.
According to the journalist, the mainstream American media glosses over these facts, but they have been taking place not for the past 18 months, but for the past nine years, since the population of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics voted to secede from Ukraine.
“The only thing that allows Ukraine to exist is Western arms supplies. So it is Western weapons that are ‘killing’ the civilian population here in Donetsk and in general in Donbass. And this will continue as long as the West continues to supply these weapons or until it forces Ukraine to give up the territories that Russia considers its own,” Lancaster said.
The journalist added that it is unbearable for him to watch the shelling of civilians on a daily basis, but, according to him, he is in Donbass precisely to show in his reports what the advanced Western media will never show.
