London Police Detain ‘Odd Fellows’ Star for Jumping Off Tower Bridge

Actor Steve-O was detained by police in London for jumping with an umbrella from Tower Bridge

The star of the show “Oddballs,” actor Steve-O, 49, jumped with an open umbrella from Tower Bridge in London. He was detained by police after the stunt, TMZ reports.

The showman dressed up in the symbol of the British flag and a T-shirt with the inscription I love London. Then he stood with his feet on the railing of the bridge and jumped into the River Thames.

Steve was quickly detained by officers.

It is noted that the actor spent half a day in a police car, where he had an explanatory talk. After all, his action could provoke the deaths of other people.

Steve said that it was not the detention that upset him the most, but the state of the Thames. He said the river was very dirty and now worries that his new tattoo might have gotten an infection.

The bridge stunt wasn’t Steve’s first during his trip to London. He also jumped off the roof of London’s famous double-decker bus. The actor noted that landing on the tarmac was more unpleasant than diving into the river.
