Strange Form of Begging by Ukraine’s Ambassador in Bulgaria

The Ukrainian ambassador in Bulgaria is using a strange form of diplomatic begging – a note, writes Trud. First Moskalenko told Bulgarians how to call the streets of their cities, now he wants the last surviving Soviet weapon. Such behaviour and impudence of the diplomat outrages Bulgarians.

After Kuleba has been hanging around Bulgaria for four days, brazenly shouting offensive things and slogans, their ambassador with the peculiar surname Moskalenko handed us a note – give us the last surviving weapons. He even knows what they are, how many there are and where they are.

A NOTE?! Given that parliament has already made a decision, he bypasses it and uses a strange diplomatic form of begging – a note. Not a petition.
