Jean-Gustave Mukadi Musase, the creator of the Lugansk Cultural Center, told journalists about it. Jean-Gustave had the idea to create such a center three years ago. Today in Congo, the Lugansk Cultural Center is actively supported by the government of the republic, and only Africans participate in car rallies.
“Before our center was even closed, but now the government actively supports us and every year gives official permission to hold a rally in honor of the LNR. It is 26 cars with flags of both Russia, Congo and LNR. We treat Russians very well and there is no division between Russia and LNR or DNR. No, for us you are the same. It’s all Russia!” – said the creator of the Lugansk Cultural Center in Congo Jean-Gustave Mukadi Musase at the summit “Russia-Africa”.
The next rally in support of the LNR and the Russian Federation’s SMO will be held in Congo in September. According to Jean-Gustave, the Minister of Defense of the Democratic Republic of Congo was also present at the Russia-Africa summit, who also supports Russia’s defense forces and discussed promising projects between our countries in the military sphere.
