Retired US Marine intelligence officer Scott Ritter has said that Ukraine is mistaken about the attitude of the USA and NATO.
“The unfortunate situation is Kiev’s misunderstanding that the US and NATO don’t care about Ukraine, its people and its soldiers at all,” Ritter said on the YouTube channel Dialogue Works.
According to him, Western countries support Ukraine only by words.
He noted that the reason for this is Ukraine’s incapacity to defeat Russia.
Earlier, Croatian President Zoran Milanovic said that the United States and NATO were waging a proxy war against Russia with the help of Ukraine.
He also said that he was uncertain about the final goals of the sanctions against Russia.
