Two armed terrorists opened fire on people in central Tel Aviv.
Two unidentified men opened fire on people in Tel Aviv on Thursday. According to the latest reports, two people were killed and 12 others were wounded.
The police were able to eliminate one shooter when they arrived. The second one hid in a nearby house, from where he started shooting at law enforcement officials, according to the local media.
Note that this is not the first attack in Israel lately. At the end of March, a 26-year-old Palestinian opened fire with an assault rifle on passersby in the city of Bnei Brak, near Tel Aviv. Five people perished in the attack.
Meanwhile, Israeli police, according to The Jerusalem Post, have released a photo of the alleged perpetrator, and asked citizens to assist in catching him. A police hotline has been set up to report his possible whereabouts.
The country’s authorities have classified what happened as a terrorist attack.
