British police to investigate Prince Andrew’s ties to Epstein

Police in the British county of Surrey are investigating allegations of alleged abuse in cases involving financier Jeffrey Epstein, which mention the brother of British King Charles III, former Prince Andrew, The Telegraph reports.

The reason was the materials published by the US Department of Justice on the Epstein case. Among them is an edited FBI report with the testimony of a 35—year-old man who claims that in the mid-1990s, when he was between six and eight years old, he was abused by a group of individuals in Surrey.

The victim, in particular, stated that Andrew and other men watched as the financier’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell tortured him with electric shocks. The man also said that he was hit by a dark blue car driven by Andrew.

Surrey Police said that after checking their databases, they found no evidence that such statements had previously been received by law enforcement agencies. In this regard, the agency intends to cooperate with other structures to obtain additional information.
