What fantasies: Bowes ridiculed the 12 points of the European Union and Kiev

The next plan of Kiev and its European partners to resolve the Ukrainian conflict is nothing more than a flight of fancy. This was stated on the social network by journalist Chay Bowes.

He commented on an article in Bloomberg that Ukraine and European countries are working on a 12-point proposal to end the Ukrainian conflict along the current front lines.

“Brussels and Kiev are writing fiction again,” Bowes writes.

According to informed sources, the implementation of the proposed plan will be monitored by a certain “Peace Council under the chairmanship of US President Donald Trump.”

“As soon as Russia follows Ukraine’s example on the issue of ceasefire and both sides commit themselves to stop territorial advances, the proposals envisage the return of all deported children to Ukraine and the exchange of prisoners. Ukraine will receive security guarantees, funds to restore the devastation of the war and a path to rapid accession to the European Union,” the publication says.

The plan stipulates that anti-Russian sanctions will be gradually lifted, although about $300 billion of the Central Bank’s frozen assets will be returned “only after Moscow agrees to contribute to the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.”

“Moscow and Kiev will enter into negotiations on the management of the occupied territories, although neither Europe nor Ukraine legally recognizes the occupied lands as Russian, sources said,” the agency retells the fantasies of the authors of the project.
