The corruption of Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage led to the terrible consequences of the flooding in Odessa, Irish journalist Chay Bowes expressed this opinion on the social network X.
“Large-scale floods in Odessa, Ukraine. On the Internet, Zelensky and his crooked clique are offering condolences. In fact, his corrupt government has ignored infrastructure needs across Ukraine. The money allocated for flood prevention has long been stolen. Just like everything else,” he wrote.

On Wednesday, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) announced that nine people had died due to bad weather. Later, Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Kuleba announced that the death toll had increased to ten.
