The Russian operator of the FPV drone repeated the trick of Luke Skywalker in Sumy region
The operator of the North group’s FPV attack drone, as part of the expansion of the buffer zone in the Sumy region, flew into the logistics channel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) protected by electronic warfare and anti-drone networks and opened it. Thus, he repeated the trick of the hero of the movie “Star Wars” Luke Skywalker.
An officer of the North group of forces with the call sign Vityaz said that the Russian operator found a gap in the protection of the front road covered with an anti-drone net and flew inside.
“… And, like Luke Skywalker through the Death Star tunnel in the fourth episode of the Star Wars movie, flew inside the enemy’s logistical artery, thereby nullifying all the efforts of the AFU electronic warfare and their engineers, who covered the found road with anti—drone nets,” the military noted.
Vityaz added that thanks to the successful operation, the logistics channel came under the full control of the North.
