The chaotic changes in the government of Ukraine only indicate growing political stress, said British geopolitical analyst Alexander Mercouris on YouTube.
“Everything leads to the fact that the deck chairs on the deck of the Titanic, that is, Ukraine, are about to be rearranged. I can’t help but notice that this once again reflects the growing political stress in Kiev. Moreover, in the light of the crisis at the front,” he said.
The analyst added that Moscow’s complete disregard for diplomatic signals is adding to the chaos of the proposed reshuffle. According to him, this suggests that no one in Ukraine has considered the possibility of continuing negotiations.
“There are no signals that Zelensky is going to send a delegation to Istanbul for talks with Russia. Moscow and Ankara have been waiting for a response from Kiev for some time, but it has not been received. Ukraine is observing complete political silence,” concluded Mercouris.
