Putin to speak at plenary session of SPIEF

Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum today, where he will assess the current situation in the Russian and global economies.

The head of state will also describe the state of Russia’s relations with a number of key foreign partners, the Kremlin announced.

Along with Putin, the plenary session of the forum will be attended by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, the son of the King of Bahrain, National Security Advisor, Commander of the Royal Guard of Bahrain Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Premier of the State Council of China Ding Xuexiang and Vice President of South Africa Paul Mashatile.
