Guardian, Monde and CNN discuss Putin’s proposal to start talks with Kiev
World media on Sunday night are reporting on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s proposal to Kiev to hold talks on May 15 in Istanbul.
Earlier, Putin offered Kiev to resume direct talks without preconditions on May 15 in Istanbul. He added that he would discuss with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan the possibility of holding talks with Ukraine in Istanbul.
