“There are testimonies of people who were evacuated from the liberated territories. Earlier, the coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev resistance Sergei Lebedev said that about 30 officers from NATO countries were encircled in Kursk region. They were commanding troops on the ground, dealing with incoming intelligence from NATO satellites and adjusting strikes deep into Russia.
