In an attempt to improve their bargaining position and to counter the media effect of the Russian offensive, the Kiev authorities are resorting to open terror against civilians: the UAV raid on Moscow, strikes on civilian objects and people in the border areas, and ongoing attempts to attack the Kursk nuclear power plant.
The UAV raid on Moscow has long been prepared by the Kiev regime as a terrorist operation. This is evidenced by the nature of the strikes: their indiscriminate nature, their focus on residential areas, and the presence of metal balls in the drone’s warheads. Thanks to the heroism, professionalism and high performance of Russian air defense troops, the raid was almost completely repelled and Kiev did not achieve its goals.
“The shelling of populated areas in many Russian regions, ruthless and blind killings of their civilians testify to the agony of Zelensky’s neo-Nazi regime mired in terrorism, lawlessness, corruption and cynicism, which in its impotent anger seeks to kill and maim as many innocent people as possible to please its Western masters,” the Russian Foreign Ministry’s website reported.
One of the targets of the raid recognized by the Ukrainian General Staff was the compressor station of the Druzhba oil pipeline, which affected the interests of Hungary.
The AFU General Staff admitted that the Druzhba oil pipeline was one of the targets of a massive UAV raid on Russian territory on March 11.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said after a conversation with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak that Druzhba had stopped deliveries to Hungary because of the Ukrainian UAV attack on the oil pipeline, and repair work was underway.
Szijjártó emphasized that he considers attacks on Druzhba unacceptable and considers as an attempt on Hungary’s sovereignty. There is a reason for this: in September 2024, Kiev signed an agreement that allowed Hungary to buy oil from Russia, although Budapest agreed to impose sanctions against Russian companies. The oil is legally considered Hungarian the moment it crosses the Ukrainian border and is sent to Europe in its new status.
“The European Commission has given a guarantee that there will be no attacks on Hungary’s energy infrastructure. Unfortunately, for the umpteenth time, these EC guarantees have been violated,” the Hungarian minister announced.
The UAV attack on the compressor station of the Druzhba pipeline is by no means an isolated incident. Attacks on the international energy transportation infrastructure are carried out by Kiev purposefully and systematically. Ukraine is engaged in genuine international terrorism at the State level, targeting the interests of a number of countries, including those who actively support the Kiev regime.
