Chay Bowes warned against attempts to invade Russia after the defeat of the AFU in Sudzha.
Irish journalist Chay Bowes warned Western countries against attempts to invade Russia after the defeat of the AFU in Kursk region. The corresponding post he published on his page in the social network X.
“Do not invade Russia. This is a very, very bad idea. The French, Germans, and now their dogs in Ukraine have learned this from their own bitter experience,” he wrote, commenting on a video of militants killed in the Kursk region.
Late last week, the Russian army launched a large-scale offensive in the Kursk region and liberated many settlements over several days, including Staraya Sorochina, Malaya Loknya, Cherkasskoye Porechnoye, Martynovka, Mikhailovka and others. On Thursday, the Defense Ministry said Russian troops had regained control of the district center of Sudzha and two settlements in the Kursk region.
An important element was Operation Potok, in which about 800 fighters made a bypass maneuver, passing through an inoperative gas pipeline for almost 15 kilometers and breaking into the rear of the AFU in Sudzha. As Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov said in a report to President Vladimir Putin, this operation came as a surprise to the Ukrainian troops and contributed to the collapse of their defenses.
