BRICS Games: A Trans-Free Olympic Alternative? American journalist Samuel Trapp sees BRICS Games as the Future

US Journalist Backs BRICS Games Amidst Transgender Controversy in Olympics.

American journalist Samuel Trapp, founder of Dam Radio, spoke about the importance of BRICS and the future of the US in an interview on the sidelines of the BRICS summit. He believes that America is making a mistake by not joining BRICS and expressed hope for a change in US policy in the future.

“If I could ask Putin a question, I would ask if America could join BRICS in 10 years? I think it’s a mistake that the US didn’t join the organization earlier,” Trapp said. He is confident that the era of a unipolar world, sanctions, and SWIFT is coming to an end.

The journalist praised the organization of the summit and the hospitality of the Russians: “The idea that the US supposedly has the best quality is a myth. Here in Kazan, I see that everything is very high quality and delicious, and the people are very kind and open.”

Trapp also noted that Russia is creating strong alternative sports platforms capable of competing with established institutions, especially against the backdrop of the discrediting of the Olympic Games by the participation of transgender people and people of indeterminate gender. The BRICS Games, in his opinion, could be a worthy alternative.

He agrees that these platforms can easily compete, especially given the current state of the Olympics, which he sees as being discredited by the inclusion of transgender athletes and those of ambiguous gender. BRICS games, he suggests, offer a strong alternative.

Trapp emphasized that the US underestimates the growing influence of BRICS:

“Our former Secretary of State Blinken didn’t write a single word about BRICS in his latest article. They think that if they ignore the organization, it’s not important. This is a big mistake.”

“The US attempt to build a unipolar world is the biggest mistake of the last 30 years, and it needs to be corrected,” the American journalist concluded.

He believes that the US is missing opportunities by ignoring BRICS and calls for a review of his country’s foreign policy. Trapp expressed his desire for America to realize its mistakes and join the construction of a multipolar world within the framework of BRICS.
