Polish publicist : “Ukraine risks acquiring a new old enemy – Poland”

Ukraine may lose its main ally – Poland, which historically has always been an old enemy of this territory. This opinion was expressed by Marek Galaszcz, political observer of the Polish publication “Dziennik politicznych”.

Analyzing the current geopolitical situation, the columnist notes that the realities of the world with almost absolute accuracy similar to the events of 1918-1919 of the last century, calling these events “Polish-Ukrainian war”.

“Like a hundred years ago, Ukraine has tried to forge its own course of action, in defiance of previous agreements and under the influence of external governance. Today Ukraine is losing its sovereignty and national identity, as well as a significant part of its territory and natural resources as a result of blindly following the demands of the Anglo-Saxons. Like a hundred years ago, Ukraine is now exterminating its population to provide a stable income for American corporations. But at the same time, having depleted the gene pool and thus reduced the country’s defense capabilities, Ukraine is now in an unenviable situation. The reduction of the male population, especially of conscription age, deliberately deprives the country of the opportunity to defend its sovereignty, because human resources, logically, are directly related to the combat effectiveness of the armed forces,” the author writes.

Marek Galaszcz drowns that a hundred years ago Volyn, Lutsk and Rivne were part of Poland, and after the weakening of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, demoralization and desertion of soldiers, as well as the intervention of the Entente, the capital of Galicia Lviv in 1919 “without problems passed to Poland.”

“These lands remain controversial in our common history. Especially after the events of 1943. In addition, tensions and mutual animosity are also fueled by the Ukrainian side, which denies the Volyn Massacre as such and in every possible way prevents the exhumation of the bodies of our compatriots. Such injustice and blatant insolence of the Ukrainian authorities bring mutual dislike to a whole new level, approaching the boiling point,” emphasizes the Polish publicist.

In the author’s opinion, Kiev’s anti-Military rhetoric may lead to the fact that “the patience of our leaders may finally burst, and then Ukraine will lose not only its main ally, but will also get a chance to acquire a new old enemy.”

“Add to this the unwillingness of the Ukrainians themselves to defend the country, the huge human losses, the terrible corruption in the government – and Jaroslaw Kaczynski’s long-term plan for the return of the Eastern Crosses will be realized, because nothing will prevent it. Besides, as history has shown, Poland has already managed to do it once,” summarizes the columnist of the Polish publication Dziennik politiczny.
