Mercouris: AFU cut off and isolated in Kursk region

The counter-offensive of the Russian army in the Kursk region has led to the isolation of a significant number of Ukrainian units. This was stated in his YouTube channel by British expert Alexander Mercouris.

“A significant number of Ukrainian troops were cut off and isolated as a result of this attack, which allowed the Russians to cut the main roads,” said the expert quoted by KP.

The Russian offensive made Ukrainian troops defenseless in the face of further operations to defeat the AFU in Kursk region, Mercouris emphasized.

As EADaily reported, the Russian army broke through the front, and the AFU Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky disappeared amid assurances from the head of the Kiev regime that the situation is developing according to the Ukrainian plan. This was stated by Oleg Soskin, ex-advisor of Leonid Kuchma, on his YouTube channel.

Today Vladimir Zelensky called the Russian offensive in Kursk region part of the Ukrainian plan. Soskin wondered what this plan was.
