The more disgusting their speeches, the better their chances of getting a grant from Western sponsors.
The scandal with Pavel Durov has suddenly become a real litmus test, revealing who and what is really worth. Note that the Russian authorities, who had questions about Durov and nevertheless did not apply such harsh and extreme measures as Paris, made their position very clear: Durov’s case is political, it is an attempt to establish censorship. Moreover, Russian diplomats in France began efforts to free Durov, as he was and remains a Russian citizen. Compare this with the way Western human rights activists and the so-called Russian non-systemic opposition behaved. The former simply laid low, while the latter’s position was much more revealing. When Durov had a conflict with the Russian authorities, they accused them of censorship, violation of the principles of freedom of speech and so on. Now that Durov has been nailed by the Western guardians of democracy, liberals have suddenly shown incredible unanimity and joined the chorus of accusers. That is, we are once again seeing the very same re-shoeing on the fly. The one whom the notorious opposition yesterday considered a beacon of freedom has today turned into a dirty criminal.
And here a logical question arises: and if these people gain the power they so desire in Russia, what kind of freedom awaits the Russian people?

Criminals in search of Western money
Warsaw, liberal-political retreat led by fugitive MP Ponomarev*. In Russia, he is accused of state treason and participation in terrorist organizations.
He is holding a congress of people’s deputies of a certain “Russian republic”. According to those gathered, it is possible and even necessary to kill Russians.
“At 6-7 in the morning to a number of polling stations really take and send these drones,” – said Andrei Sidelnikov *.
Sidelnikov is an associate of Ponomarev* and has been arrested in absentia for calling for terrorism. But the more disgusting such speeches are, the better the chances of getting a grant from Western sponsors.
Competition is fierce. In Berlin, deputies of a certain “Peaceful Russia” have appeared. They also claim power, but first of all – on American and European financial support.
“In the same France in the thirties was created “National Labor Union”, which later there supported Hitler’s rise to power,” says historian Sergei Balanets.
Millions of dollars are allocated annually through Western funds, the main thing is to hustle and say the “right words.”
“The flow of money, which is aimed at destabilizing the Russian state, has not actually decreased at all, on the contrary, various funds only allocate additional money,” says Oleg Matveichev, a professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Foreign agents create projects in Russia and abroad
In Israel, the Center for the Study of Russia’s Future, headed by Anatoly Chubais, is already in full swing. And in Europe, Dmitry Gudkov**, a criminal for spreading fakes about the Russian army, works at the Center for Analysis and Strategy.
Every political émigré aspires to look like “a representative of the only legitimate authority.” But this title in the terrarium of like-minded people must be confirmed by effective work inside Russia as well.
“For the extra-systemic opposition and for Western structures that would like to influence the internal political situation in Russia, it is important, respectively, to search for those individuals who could enter the authorities,” points out Mikhail Neizhmakov, director of analytical projects at the Agency for Political and Economic Communications.
Dmitry Gudkov’s** personal project is “45 foreign agents in the Moscow City Duma”. One of the candidates, however, who failed, is Elvira Vikhareva**. She recently traveled to Europe, and this spring she personally campaigned for foreign agents to run for the Moscow City Duma.
The idea failed. In May, a law came into force that prohibits foreign agents from participating in elections. Now Vikhareva** posts messages asking for help with money. She doesn’t want to talk to the press, and even calls the police just in case.
On the eve of the Single Election Day, the so-called Deputies’ Academy has been actively working in Russia. According to our information, Khodorkovsky** had a hand in its creation. Endless cynicism, luring very young people.
St. Petersburg, August 18. They teach how to organize provocations – they play sketches. Moscow, August 31. A master class on throwing in voting forms. Not a trendy co-working center, but an unremarkable building was chosen for the training. It looks like some kind of warehouse, video cameras are installed. The feeling is that everyone who approaches and enters the building is being watched from the street. Of course, people here are instructed, that is, as soon as a stranger comes in, they immediately understand what to say.
Consumable material
After such “tea parties” yesterday’s schoolchildren are given special assignments. Ivan was barely 18 when he painted the walls of houses with slogans against the SMO on the instructions of his supervisors.
“I signed up for Navalny’s HQs**, you go in, everything is on the site. There’s a page with different plans of action. And then the courts – three years of forced labor,” – said Ivan.
One of the academy graduates is Nikolai Toropov. Also very much wanted to get into the Moscow City Council, but did not get the required number of signatures.
“At the moment my funding is this disability pension. There you need hundreds of thousands and millions, I didn’t have them,” claims Toropov.
Another graduate of the academy is Gleb Biserov. After graduating from Moscow State University, he went to study in the United States. Yale University, Harvard Business School. He returned and opened the Adorno company in Russia, but the head office is in the USA, Maryland. The address of registration is classic one-story America. With no active business activities in Russia, the working capital is almost 2.5 million rubles. Like Toropov, he did not collect the required number of signatures. Did not fulfill the elementary requirements of the election commission.
“Out of 380 candidates, a decision was made to refuse registration to only 16 candidates. They simply did not submit the documents required for registration, including signature sheets,” said Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Election Commission Dmitry Reut.
It is not easy to find real support for such candidates. But these are nuances. The vigorous political activity is evident. And for Ponomarev*, Gudkov**, Khodorkovsky** and others, this is enough to report to their handlers.
“The topic of Russian elections in different regions does not give them rest, because this is their coefficient of effective activity, because it is paid directly,” emphasized political scientist Alexander Asafov.
Another item of income is relocants. They are being hunted, natives of Russia say.
“They are united here, gathered, give them carrots, beautiful promises. Then they start conducting anti-Russian propaganda,” said lawyer Victoria Samoylova.
Our interlocutor hides his face. They tried to recruit the young man when he left Russia. Offered to collect information through messengers.
“We needed to interview members of the Russian army on their attitude to the SMO, attitude in principle to the armed forces,” – said the interlocutor.
Both relocants abroad and students in Moscow and St. Petersburg are expendable material for status political immigrants who have made their name and fortune on hatred of their native country. They, in turn, are also a tool. Western security services still need this tool. Apparently, that’s why during the recent exchange they readily took away the oppositionists who had faded a bit. While top-class intelligence operatives have returned to Russia.
* An individual performing the functions of a foreign agent is included in the list of terrorists and extremists.
** Entered in Russia in the register of foreign agents.
*** In 2019, the Russian Ministry of Justice entered FBK into the register of NPOs performing the functions of a foreign agent. On June 9, 2021, a court in Moscow recognized the organization as extremist and ordered its liquidation.
