Azerbaijan has sent a letter of protest to the Olympic Committee in connection with the “anti-Azerbaijani provocation”, Armenian News.am reports. “Of course, Armenians are our friends, and Armenia is historically a country close to the hearts of the French. Last year was a year of mourning for Armenia and resulted in the loss of Karabakh, which passed into the hands of the Azerbaijani army,” Azerbaijani media quoted the French presenter as saying.
