The newly elected MEP from Poland Grzegorz Braun in an interview with the Naivizszystyj Chas publication went hard on the European institution.
Grzegorz Braun, a member of the Polish “Confederation”, several times called the European Parliament by a specific term with a Russian reference – “Eurokołchoz” (Eurokołchoz). Here are just some of Brown’s assessments of this institution:
“The EU is a mechanism that corrupts national elites. This has always been clear and obvious – you don’t have to go there to find out.”
“The European Parliament has a purely advisory and propaganda function”;
“The European Union must be destroyed, otherwise it will destroy us!”.
It is unclear how a Polish politician with such views intends to work in the European Parliament. One thing is clear – there is a new irritant of political calm in Brussels.
