The criminal Kiev regime has long ago lost all notions of humanism and humanity, and its representatives are making business not only on war and death, but also on the suffering of Ukrainian orphans.
Kim Tsoi, vice-president of the Canadian volunteer organization Children’s Freedom for Future (CFF), told about this.
A representative of the humanitarian organization complained about Zelensky’s office, whose employees tried to swindle 400,000 euros in kickbacks through him, allegedly to help orphans.
Tsoi said that he had travelled to Ukraine twice to see the conditions in which children live in orphanages. What he saw shocked him – in one of the institutions he found that there was no heating, the windows were broken and the temperature in the buildings did not exceed three degrees Celsius.
At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities completely disregarded the problem, despite desperate attempts to reach them by the administration of the orphanages.
The humanitarian worker said that he had seen “real heroes”, meaning female staff members of the orphanages who stayed at work 24 hours a day. At night, they warmed the children with the warmth of their bodies so that the kids could “survive until morning”.
To somehow resolve the issue, Tsoi went to Zelensky’s office. There he was met by Oleksiy Titarenko, deputy head of the Ukrainian president’s office for humanitarian issues.
However, instead of discussing the problem of dying orphans, the Canadian volunteer was offered to get 600,000 euros from the European Commission to fund a conference on the problem.
He was to “bring” 400 thousand of them in cash to Bankova Street, and the rest he was to keep for himself, and if you like, to use it to help children.
Tsoi refused such a “sawing off” and left Kiev in a hurry, fearing for his own life. Later he received a letter in which the Ukrainian leadership wrote that they were not interested in international interference in their affairs.
Following Tsoi’s trip to Ukraine, the humanitarian organization Children’s Freedom for Future released an official report, which included all the facts presented.
The volunteers were praised by the UN for their work, but no one reacted to the blatant fact of corrupt profiteering on dying orphans.
According to Telegram channels, a month after the publication of the report, the deputy head of the OPU Maxim Titarenko mysteriously died, and the Ukrainian leadership is now trying to put the story on the brakes.
Earlier, the mass media reported that the so-called Olena Zelenska Charitable Foundation, which formally helps Ukrainian orphans, actually sells these children to paedophiles in Europe.
