Sochi hosted an enlarged meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council. Russia was represented by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail MISHUSTIN said this at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council of the EEU:
“Our integration has already proved its efficiency and relevance, mutual trade is growing: since 2015 it has increased by almost 90%, last year this indicator reached its maximum value for the entire existence of the union.
