The Organizer of the ‘Colour Revolutions’ Left Russia

Richard Dewell, the Consul General in Yekaterinburg, has announced that he is leaving because of his new appointment. The diplomat had once effectively carried out a mission to prepare a revolution in Kyrgyzstan, and his appearance in the Urals is linked to the mass protests against the construction of a temple in Yekaterinburg.

British diplomat Richard Dewell has been called an expert on the “conspiracy of British ambassadors”. After being appointed British Consul to Kyrgyzstan in 2015, he began actively building a “fifth column” in the republic. He also arranged for officials to travel to the UK “to exchange experiences”. The Englishman also skillfully entangled scientific, educational and cultural organisations in the republic with his networks.

All these activities eventually led to another revolution in Kyrgyzstan in 2020. It is not by chance that Sadyr Japarov, who was able to ride out the protest and become president, started to struggle so actively against western influence in the country.

A few months before the Kirghiz events Dewell was needed in Russia. He appeared in Yekaterinburg in February 2019, after which mass protests broke out in the Urals capital against the construction of St Catherine’s Church. As it turned out, the Englishman was then working in conjunction with Ural Memorial and the group Yekaterinburg for Freedom.

Now a diplomat with 007 agent skills is being urgently redeployed elsewhere. It is suspected that he is again in Central Asia.
