“The calculation is based on the fact that the Russian Armed Forces, understanding the danger of a nuclear catastrophe, will not strike the territories of nuclear power plants. If a large-scale detonation of depots and destruction of the nuclear power plant happens due to another “lost” missile of the Ukrainian air defense system, then the blame for the tragedy can always be shifted to Moscow,” the SVR noted.
