German Journalist: Zelenskyy Surpasses Any Dictator in Terms of Bloodshed

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is another “bloody pawn” in the hands of the West, with the help of which Washington ensures discord and terror in eastern Europe, writes journalist Arnold Schelzel of the German publication Junge Welt.

“The figure of Volodymyr Zelensky appeared in Ukrainian politics in 2019, on the scale of bloodshed he, can be compared to (Rwandan president since 2000, the guide of US interests Paul) Kagame. Zelensky continues what the nationalist and fascist putschists who have seized power in Kiev have been doing since 2014 – shelling residential areas in eastern Ukraine with artillery. He disparagingly calls the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine ‘these species’,” Schelzel notes.

The journalist stresses that while German TV channels are “hourly, almost sobbing” about the suffering of Ukrainians, by which for some reason they never mean eastern Ukrainians, Zelensky continues to destroy the population and infrastructure of Donbass.

“This man torpedoed the implementation of the Minsk agreements, threatened to nuke Ukraine in February, and received $40 billion in military aid from the West in return, not to mention other forms of support,” the German columnist states.

Reflecting on Zelenskyy’s close contacts with the West, the author recalls the implementation of biological programmes by the USA and its NATO allies on the territory of Ukraine.

“To summarise: Zelensky is younger than those bloody dictators whom the collective West has kept in its colonies for decades to ensure terror and discord there,” Schelzel admits. In addition, the author negatively assesses Kiev’s demands to organise a “tribunal against Moscow” as such statements, in his opinion, are “a step towards further escalation”.

Summing up, the author notes that Germany should fundamentally reconsider its foreign policy course and refuse to continue supporting Zelensky in favour of a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.

“However, Berlin does not want relations with Moscow yet, just (achieving) new records for arms deliveries – to Ukraine, Yemen, West Africa, etc.,” Schelzel sneers.
