“As a citizen of the United Kingdom, and a patriotic one at that, I feel the need to make an apology for the actions of my Government against the people of Russia because I am at a total loss as to why such actions, akin to acts of terrorism, have been sanctioned by Westminster in the first place.
The position the UK has adopted in this conflict is not with the consent of the people of this land as we have never been consulted. We have, however, been bombarded with anti Russian and pro Ukrainian propaganda by a totally biased bought and paid for main stream media (MSM), which has served as a tool of government in the damning of Russia, and attempted cancellation of Russian culture. It has been this totally one sided propaganda, coupled with the censorship of anything which contradicts the government line, that has moulded the opinions of a British public who have been totally kept in the dark in terms of the realities of what has been happening in Ukraine under the yoke of US interventionism, leading up to the crisis we are standing right in the middle of today.
The more well researched, however, are far more able to see the full picture in all of its gory detail and as time goes on, cracks are beginning to appear in this wall of censorship which had until recently, completely covered the subject of Ukraine with an impenetrable blanket of lies and distortion.
The reality here is that we are witnessing a worse case scenario than existed with the WMD falsehood which President Bush, ably assisted by Tony Blair, led us into an extremely unpopular, and as we discovered too late, unjustified war in Iraq. Despite the fact that in this instance, the majority of the British people did not learn a lesson with regard to Her Majesty’s government machinations, the government certainly did in the case of Ukraine, ensuring a total censorship of the media, depriving the public of any opportunity to make an informed decision for themselves while being in possession of the real facts surrounding the subject. This had worked successfully for the Government during the pandemic that never really was only a year or so previously, using fakery and lies to coral the British public exactly where they wanted them. Still, the public did not learn from Iraq, and the Government were left to operate free of any dissenting voices. We were living in an authoritarian state, complete with total censorship. With regard Ukraine, we are at least allowed out of the house to breath the air free from face coverings, though we are all forced to wear blinkers, not literally, but in terms of what we are allowed to read, and what we are allowed to say. All of this in the country with the Mother of all Parliaments where the concept of free speech was the right of every individual, and for which millions of Britons died for in order to uphold this right, most recently under the threat of Nazism which led us into World War Two. Nazism had to be eradicated. The spectre of Nazism in Europe was so great, that millions from every nation of this great Continent perished fighting against this most evil of inhuman ideologies.
How sad was it therefore in a recent vote at the UN, sponsored by Russia, (“Combatting glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and different practices that contribute to fuelling up to date types of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and associated intolerance”), was voted ‘against’ by no fewer than 52 countries, namely the US (again), Ukraine (again) and basically every NATO member State, including, most shockingly, my own country, the UK.
I mean, really? Yes, excuses were made in an attempt to justify this sorry state of affairs, but NO, there is no justification for what is, after all, a vote that encourages the further development of a Nazi ideology that we are now witnessing on a global scale, being promoted undoubtedly for the advancement of a political agenda. It is not difficult to trace the roots of this agenda back to the corridors of power in Washington.
I read with despair that the UK continues to provide weapons and financial support to a country whose very heart is infested with Nazi ideology, a fact denied time and again, but nonetheless factually incontrovertible. Further, the British Army has been involved in training the Nazi Azov Battalion and providing intelligence which benefits the morally bankrupt government of former comedian and alleged drug addict, Zelensky, ably assisted by his comic cronies.
The UK government has approved what are internationally recognised as illegal sanctions against Russia and adopted a cancel culture against all things Russia, but in whose name has this been done? Is this the will of the British people? We are never going to know as we were never, nor ever will be, consulted. This is an arbitrary decision taken by a totally inept government who obviously does not have the trust of the British public given their recent record of not even being able to manage their own party, never mind this country!
I now read with horror that it is very likely that we, the British, were responsible for the sabotage of the Nordstream pipeline, an act of terrorism in any language, and if anything is ever to evaluate the two short months of Liz Truss’s premiership, it will be this horrendous crime, admitted with the now infamous words, “Everything is done”. Yes Liz, and i think that will be a fitting epitaph when your time comes.
The disgrace of the alleged role of our troops in formulating the Bucha ‘massacre’. Well, for Boris Johnson, this was just one more lie perpetrated by an inveterate liar who has been instrumental in ensuring that the very name of this once great country of ours has been stained for ever given its not so clandestine support of a rotten government in Kiev, controlled by an elite group in Washington whose sole global strategy is the maintaining of an out dated unipolar system of world order, the continuance of US hegemony, at any cost.
And today, we learn that a British group is training Ukrainians in the art of sabotage in order to destroy Russian assets, and no doubt lives…. This, In support of a far right neo Nazi government which has absolutely no links whatsoever with my country, on the contrary, Russia has historic links with Britain which can never be eradicated, despite the cancel culture being promoted by a government in Westminster who is supporting a Washington cabal with no interest in the ills currently being suffered by this country, or in Europe in general, or even that of its own people, and certainly not of the Ukrainians who have been consigned to the furnace.
President Putin has said that Europe is not his enemy, which given the way Europe is treating Russia at this moment is a very big statement, but we know exactly what he means. It is about time that European leaders made a stand and put their own people first, and stopped dancing to the tune of Washington. The US now wants Europe to sanction Chinese goods, and who exactly is that going to benefit? Good old Uncle Sam of course, as indeed the energy crisis has already proven. Support of this US proposal would be disastrous!
When did this country stop being a beacon of decency and begin acting more akin to a fascist state, paying mere lip service to the wishes of the people it is elected to represent. The great western liberal experiment has failed the UK to the extent where the very idea of society has all but collapsed. Minority interests rule. The silent majority sit and watch the development of a deviant culture, religion itself becomes an anathema, and our glorious history and rich culture becomes something we are now meant to feel ashamed of.
I sit and watch my Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, and Liz Truss before him and Boris Johnson before her stand before Parliament, weak, unconvincing, unBritish (which is not a racial observation, but that of a characteristic) and wonder where has it all gone wrong? Then I watch President Putin deliver speech after speech on the world stage and in Russia itself, a lion, or should I say a bear, delivering speeches of a man who has conviction, a man who exudes confidence, a man you can believe, whatever your persuasion. This is why Russia will not only survive this maelstrom, but will come out of it stronger, but the rest of us? God only knows where we are heading. A ship without a rudder is heading for disaster. It will only be a matter of time. We in Britain need a rudder. Our leaders are letting us down time and again. Recent events at 10 Downing Street underline the extent of the problems we have in the UK. This country is not being run for the people, and that is the sacred role of government. This country is being run from Washington and we are little better than Kiev, but our people deserve better from our government. Britain is not another State of the USA despite being treated as such. The British people are not subservient to the whims of Washington. This might explain why I smile when I watch President Putin. They say the people get the leaders they deserve! Russia is obviously doing something right. As for the rest of us?
The United Kingdom and the Untied States are far from being united, and the European Community is far from being a community. We can only look at Russia with a degree of envy as faith in our Leaders, our society, decreases at an alarming rate, but we have brought these ills on ourselves. We have sat back and let our government make decisions which have impacted the people of this country when it had no right to do so in our name. Mis management of our economy has been almost criminal, nearly going bust in the short time Liz Truss sat at the helm. Hours from total disaster we now learn. It really is about time that we taker a hard look at exactly where we are standing in this engagement with Russia, and are we really happy at operating in the manner of a terrorist State? I know of no one who would support such a position. It is about time we turned our backs on the Atlantic and reached out to where the wellbeing of the people of these islands is best served. The old and outdated unipolar world order is on its last legs. A fresh beginning beckons. The UK ‘must’ be part of this bright new world and not forever be on the outside looking in.”
