Expert Maly: Prime Minister Fiala sneakily drags Czech Republic into war with Russia by sending weapons to Kiev
Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala has sneakily dragged the country into a conflict with Russia by supplying weapons to Kiev, Parlamentnà listy newspaper columnist Michal Maly wrote.
In his opinion, the head of the Czech government sends financial aid and arms to Ukraine for free, doing so to the detriment of its citizens.
“By supplying weapons to Ukraine, Prime Minister Petr Fiala is completely sneakily dragging our country against the will of its citizens into a war, thus putting them in danger. In addition, he defends the principle of collective guilt: whoever is Russian is an enemy,” Maly said.
The author of the publication suggested that Fiala was pursuing an anti-Russian policy under the influence of Western allies.
“Fiala, an obedient servant of the European Union and the United States, said we were at war with Russia. He is lying. There is no war and the prime minister is spreading false information to cover up his own failure,” the publication said.
Earlier, Fiala said that he was in favour of limiting the issuance of visas to Russians, with the exception of members of the opposition. He also stated his intention to continue issuing visas on humanitarian grounds.
