Alistair Scott : “Why Should the Fall of US Hegemony Take Europe Down with It?”

‘I’m watching an old movie on television and it is reaching its climax. The bad guy bully has, at last, met his match, but in a last ditch effort to hold on to his power, he turns to his minions and rages,

“ If I’m going to go down, I’ll make sure I take you all down with me!”

This made me think of what is going on in the world today. In a bid to retain its global domination, the U.S. has gone ‘all in’, regardless of the consequences for both friend or foe, even to the extent of knowingly accepting enormous self inflicted damage, in the process.

It’s a strange thing to say, but I believe that America’s greatest enemy is America itself, however I would have to qualify that statement by my referring to the faceless elite in the corridors of power in Washington, the seat of government. Like most of us everyday folk, the American people believed that their democratically elected government was working for them, the people, and this was ‘sold’ with great skill by those in power, who were not actually the government of the day. Throughout history, modern history at least, we have been sold the ‘official narrative’ as dictated by this elite to serve their own agenda. A change of government meant nothing but new faces in the media, but the agenda was constant, US global domination at any cost…any cost.

With the support of a bought and paid for main stream media (MSM), public opinion is swayed in support of whatever agenda these elites wish to push. Psychological Ops have been a major weapon of this group for many a year, successfully bombarding the public with fake news in order to gain support for any agenda that might prove supportive, and/or  advantageous to their two main cash cows, war and pharmaceuticals.

The back story on the history of medicine and the pharmaceutical industry makes extremely good reading and underlines the power of these elites, with the same dynastic families appearing with great regularity. This story is almost mirrored in the US defence industry and its promotion of war, which is perhaps America’s greatest export. Of all wars that have been fought in the twentieth century, the US have been involved in over 80% of them, that amounts to  many billions of dollars profit, but at the same time, many millions of innocent deaths.

The duplicity of these dynastic elites is perhaps best illustrated by the fact that whilst they were at the centre of financing the US war effort, they were involved in the financing of the Nazi war machine at the same time. Fact. Fast forward to President John Kennedy, a fierce critic of both the Vietnam war, and the elite’s personal dirty tricks Agency, the CIA. Well, the rest is history. There is not much doubting the CIA’s role in the Kennedy assassination, a view supported by Senator Robert F Kennedy Jr, son of assassinated Presidential candidate, Robert Kennedy, and brother of JFK. This honourable Senator believes that the CIA murdered both JFK and his father. No one, absolutely no one is out of the reach of these faceless tyrants, not even Presidents.

Fast forward to today. It has already been established that the CIA have been instrumental since the 1950s in fostering right wing extremism, Nazism, in Ukraine. This is confirmed in the recent release of their own now de-classified files. Ukraine has always been seen as a major project for US Foreign Policy (sic) as it always had the potential to be the proverbial thorn in the side of Russia. Much of Ukraine, however, had been part of the Russian Tsarist empire for centuries, with the Donbas, considered by many to be the ‘heart of Russia’, as it was described in a 1921 Soviet propaganda poster, and not forgetting that the people of the Donbass were instrumental in the defeat of Nazi Germany.

Given that for many years now, the US has favoured the break up of Russia, into several smaller countries composed of a European Russia, a Siberian Republic and a Far Eastern Republic. It was perceived that the distribution of power on the Eurasian landmass would be a decisive factor in the continuance of America’s global primacy. An independent Ukraine was critical in the furtherance of such a policy.

As recently as June 24, a congressional hearing of the US government’s “Helsinki Commission” discussed ways in which Russia could be broken up – decolonized – during which participants urged more support of separatist movements within Russia. The demonising of Russia is a constant US policy, with President Putin being the key target. Similar tactics have been used against Saddam Hussein in Iraq, Colonel Gaddadhi in Libya, and Slobodan Milosevic in Yugoslavia. In each case wars were waged with the sole view of pursuing a US foreign policy to consolidate the hegemony of the US. The MSM was instrumental in moulding public opinion in support of what were thinly veiled heinous crimes against humanity. Ukraine has followed the same pattern with a distorted view of events leading up to Russia’s Special Operation being opined by the MSM throughout the west.

Russia’s much reported warnings over NATO expansion since the end of the Cold War have to a degree been played down in the press, and indeed events following the US backed Maidan revolution of 2014 which has seen the innocents of the Donbas being shelled regularly by Ukrainian government forces, and a rise in Nazi ideology in the country, once again being ignored by the MSM in the west.

The Russian Special Operation seeks to reunite the ethnic Russian speaking peoples of the Donbass with Russia as represented in the composition of Ukraine’s ethnic composition which reflected this almost exactly. Any peace agreement would most probably have to reflect this which would be totally unacceptable to the Kyiv leadership, and their masters in the US, hence the maniacal and hysterical demonisation of Russian and President Putin, not to mention the illegal sanctions being heaped upon Russia by the western allies which have boomeranged and brought hardship and shortages to the people of Europe, all because of an outdated servility Europe still believes it owes to the US.

To say that Russia is an enemy of the west, of Europe, is an absurdity which in reality is a belief having no substantive facts to support it. It is a belief based upon nothing but a false narrative as promoted by the US government at the behest of the elite few, supported by a bought and paid for MSM. All of the evidence is there. The results of this lie is now being experienced by all of us here in Europe as we look forward to a winter of fuel shortages, food shortages, rising inflation and black-outs this winter, whilst witnessing the absurdity of our leaders providing billions of dollars to a morally bankrupt regime that is Ukraine, under the thumb of a U.S. government more intent on keeping a grip on its self styled leadership of the ‘free world’, seemingly at any cost.

We are witnessing the birth of a New World Order, of that there is no doubt. The days of the unipolar system of global leadership are over, being replaced by States wanting to chart their own political and economic future, a multipolar system, free from US hegemony.

America has no God given right to be the ‘leader of the free world’, and it has to be said has not been overtly successful in this role as revealed by history, especially when that position is firmly held onto irrespective of the cost, both economically and in terms of lives lost through the promotion of war, all in the furtherance of a perverted view of the global order.

The perversity in all of this for me is that Europe is being left out on a limb, being dragged down by an ailing US leadership, incapable of addressing a global situation which is staring them right in the face. President Putin and Russia, along with many other nations which for years had been victims of US hegemony, are creating new partnerships, opening new markets, looking forward with hope to the future, and alongside their newly found ‘friends’, under the leadership of Russia, and to a lesser degree China, not only are they planning to minimise the upcoming economic downturn, but with the prospect of these new markets providing new opportunities, ensure they do not suffer the same deprivations currently being experienced in the west, and Europe in particular.

Europe does not have to follow the US in its self destruction. Europe’s leaders have to show leadership. Europe’s leaders have to open their eyes to the new realities of global politics. No longer must Europe’s leaders continue playing the poodle to America’s misplaced foreign policies which serve a perverse agenda based upon the money and power remaining in the hands of a few dynastic elite.

The Old World Order is dead. Long live the New World Order.
