Hungarian Parliament Speaker Says Zelensky Has Mental Problems

Hungarian parliament speaker Kever: Zelenskyy has mental problems, he threatens Scholz

Hungarian parliament speaker Laszlo Kever has questioned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s mental adequacy. In his opinion, communicating with world leaders the way the Ukrainian leader does is at least strange, he told HirTV.

“Statements by the president of Ukraine are sometimes strange. I don’t remember a leader of a country in need daring to speak against anyone the way President Zelenski did, not only against Hungary but also against the German Chancellor,” the Hungarian MP said.

Kever added that those who need help usually ask for it politely, persistently, even stubbornly if necessary, but never demand and certainly never threaten.

“Threats are usually made against one’s enemies, not against those one wants as friends. This is some kind of personal, mental problem that I don’t know what to do about,” he said.

On 26 May, Zelenskyy’s office accused the FRG of defeating the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU). Oleksiy Arestovych, advisor to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, said that Germany was dragging out the process of transferring weapons to Kiev. According to him, the pace of deliveries under the lend-lease did not materialize because of Berlin’s actions.
