Magnitude 5.2 earthquake hits Greece


Tremors with a magnitude of 5.2 were recorded in Greece on January 13. This is reported by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center.

According to seismologists, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 49 kilometers northwest of the city of Patras (Peloponnese), which is home to about 168 thousand people. The source of the earthquake was at a depth of five kilometers.
