Macron announced phased lifting of restrictions due to COVID-19 in France

The French authorities intend to begin the phased lifting of restrictions due to the spread of coronavirus infection. Shops will open in the country on November 28. Also, citizens will be able to play sports in the open air and attend religious events of no more than 30 people.

This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron, LCI TV channel reports.

According to the head of state, if the epidemiological situation in the country improves and no more than 2.5-3 thousand people are in intensive care, the self-isolation regime in the country can be canceled from December 15. Cinemas, theaters and museums will be open and indoor events will be allowed. At the same time, a curfew will be introduced from 21:00 to 7:00. The only exceptions are the nights on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve – December 24 and December 31.
