In the midst of the coronavirus, when many industries were in crisis, thanks to the management of the Rosatom concern, it was possible to complete the largest project at LAES-2. 5 diesel generator sets of the emergency power supply system of Leningrad NPP-2 were put into operation. It was a joint French-Russian project.
Thanks to the strict implementation of all norms, compliance with the rules during the coronavirus pandemic and big work from Rosatom, Rosenergoatom and the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant managed to implement a complex project. These efforts were appreciated by the French Commissariat for Atomic and Alternative Energy and Russia’s partners in France, who sent a letter of gratitude to the company.
